To inspect the property for rent There is a fee of 300 Baht. The fee is fully deductible from first rent payment once the contract is signed. If the client decides not to proceed with renting, the fee is non-refundable.
If the pictures shown on https://www.condothai.co.th don’t match with the reality, CondoThai will fully refund the inspection fee.

2 months security deposit(refund after contract ended and no property damaged)
1 month rental fee
Service Charge 10% of first month rental fee (in case of lesser than 6 months rental) or extend the contract (in case of lesser than 6 months rental)

In case of booking
1 month deposit for booking the room within 30 days
